How to check the quality of brushless DC motor

First, BLDC internal drive motor:

1. First carry out appearance inspection to observe whether the motor is worn and bumped.

2. Detect the impedance and voltage drop values of each lead end.

3. Supply voltage to the BLDC motor for operation test, under normal circumstances, it is necessary to provide low starting voltage and rated voltage, respectively to detect whether the motor can start normally in the two states, and whether the generated current, voltage, power, speed and other parameters are within the qualified range.

4. Use motor detection instruments for load testing, apply load to the BLDC motor, simulate the normal working conditions of the motor, and detect parameters such as voltage, current, and speed

5. Detect whether there is noise and abnormal sound during the operation test of the motor under the rated voltage.
