Compared with centrifugal fans, axial flow fans have the following main characteristics:
2. The adaptability of axial flow fans to the change of air volume of the air duct system is better than that of centrifugal fans. If the resistance calculation of the air duct system is not very accurate, the actual resistance is greater than the calculated resistance, or the fan air volume and wind pressure required for the change of coal type are different, the unit will not reach the rated output. The axial flow fan can use the dynamic (static) blade to adjust the angle of closing or opening the moving blade to adapt to the change of air volume and wind pressure, but the impact on the efficiency of the fan is small.
