More information of Industrial Axial Flow Fans
Compared with centrifugal fans, axial flow fans have the following main characteristics:
The rotor structure of the axial flow fan is more complex than the rotor of the centrifugal fan, there are many rotating parts, the manufacturing accuracy requirements are high, and the quality requirements of the blade materials are also high. Therefore, the operating reliability of axial flow fan is slightly worse than that of centrifugal fans. However, dynamic and static blade adjustable axial flow fans are improved from design, structure, materials and manufacturing processes due to the introduction of technology from abroad, so that the operating reliability of the current axial flow fans is comparable to that of centrifugal fans.
